Description
HR MANAGER for a medical company.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
- PHR certification desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years experience, in-depth experience at a professional level in the areas of employee relations, performance development and internal investigations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Experience in building successful relationships at all levels in an organization.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Responsible for managing employee relations for a growing staff base residing at multiple locations.
- Provide guidance to Management and Team Members in all areas of employee relations, performance development and leadership development.
- Counsel management on the company's progressive disciplinary process and monitor results.
- Broad understanding of Human Resources principles, procedures and practices.
- Advanced level of knowledge of California state and federal laws including ADA, FMLA, CFRA, Title VII and wage and hour laws.
