Bachelor's degree Strongly Preferred but not Required.
Responsibilities:
* answering phones
* scheduling department meetings
* sourcing resumes
* prescreening candidates and scheduling interviews
* new hire orientations
* on-boarding procedures
* compliance - I-9 and W4 verification, Visas
* processing background checks & drug screens
* entering applications into the system
* additional duties as necessary
Experience:
1-3 years experience
Ability to handle multi-tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well independently as well as with a team
Excellent attention to details
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Organizational skills
Good computer skills
Compentencies/Software skills:
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint REQUIRED
* applicant tracking systems experience a PLUS, but not required
Salary:
$15-20/hr DOE
