Description
Large well known Fresno Medical Group is seeking a full time BILINGUAL Medical Records Clerk. As a Medical Records Clerk you will be working with compliance and developing a medical records pull list. Requesting or pull records; copy and prepare these records for audit. Track audit results and file completed audits on a routine basis. Record all statistics and prepare quarterly reports. Prepare completed files for storage. Work as a liaison and coordinate with Administrative staff to accomplish job duties. Knowledge and understanding of MS Excel and HIPAA regulations. Job Requirements: A.A. or A.S. degree preferred and 2 year of medical billing or back office experience dealing with medical records.
